Residential Property Lawyer

• Provide legal and practical advice and assistance to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing and ancillary property matters.
• Excel in client care, and quality of client service.
• Help the firm implement its business plan, meeting profit cost targets, generate new business and assist in marketing
• Work collaboratively as part of a team

The Successful Applicant

• 2-5 years PQE
• Previous exposure to leasehold enfranchisement is desirable
• Experience in dealing with all types of residential (freehold and leasehold) purchases, sales, lease extensions, re-mortgages.
• Clear understanding of Money Laundering Regulations, Solicitors Account Rules and other regulatory obligations
