We are looking for an established partner or an ambitious Senior Associate. The firm will work with you to build a clear business plan, provide a platform to grow your practice, help you set realistic objectives and give you the support and resources to succeed.
You will join our highly regarded Commercial Property team, acting for a wide range of clients including developers, investors, landowners, commercial landlords and tenants, and agricultural businesses. Coodes LLP has one of the leading Commercial Property teams in the South West, recognised for its strong technical expertise and understanding of the Cornwall and Devon markets. The team advises a wide range of clients, including developers, landowners, parish councils, investors, commercial landlords and tenants, and private clients, on matters such as acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development land, and agricultural property transactions.
We are open to discussion regarding which of our eight locations best suits you. In addition to our offices, the firm aims to enable as many staff as possible to incorporate an element of remote work into their working week if they so wish.
This is a full‑time position. 35 hours a week Monday to Friday however we welcome applications from candidates looking for alternate working arrangements.
