Based in Coventry, this well-established practice seeks experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers eager for a new challenge. The property department is working at full capacity and needs a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to handle a busy caseload from start to finish. The caseload includes sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, and right to buy.
Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, and non-qualified fee earners with at least 2 years’ experience managing their own residential property caseload from instruction to completion. Candidates must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of handling cases independently.
