Wilkin Chapman Rollits LLP is seeking a Property Executive (Maternity cover) to join our Residential Property Team based in Louth. You will provide high quality legal support to Partners and the Head of Department on a range of residential property matters and maintain excellent client service.

The role requires strong communication, organisational and client management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while upholding the firm’s high standards and professional

Qualifications

• Experience providing legal support in a property team is preferred.
• Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism.
• Strong organisational skills and deadline awareness.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality legal support to Partners and Head of Department on residential property matters.
• Maintain client files and ensure 5* client service standards are met.
• Communicate with clients and third parties and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist with billing and ensure compliance with accounts procedures.
• Support fee earners and develop your career within the firm.
