G2 Legal Limited is seeking an accomplished Head of Residential Property to lead a busy department across multiple offices in Peterborough. You will drive strategy, oversee performance and mentor junior colleagues while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-office collaboration.

The role focuses on people, strategy and growth, rather than personal fee-earning, with a view to expanding the department’s market presence and ensuring high-quality client experience.

• Extensive leadership experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven track record steering teams, strategy and growth.
• Strong mentoring and people development capabilities.
