The role involves handling a varied conveyancing caseload for a diverse client base, from first-time buyers to high-net-worth investors, with responsibility from instruction through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property and strong technical knowledge across conveyancing matters.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge across conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.
• Acting on behalf of clients in complex and high-value property transactions.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders.
• Delivering a consistently high level of client care and commercial awareness.
• Supporting business development initiatives and helping to strengthen the firm's profile within the local market.
