Henderson Scott in Essex is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy property team on a full-time, office-based basis. You will manage a steady flow of quality work from instruction through to completion.

Requirements include 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing, plus strong client care, excellent communication and a proactive approach to networking and business development.

Mansioni

• Manage own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
• Oversee general residential conveyancing matters as part of a team.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of new instructions with support from the office.
• Provide excellent client service and timely updates throughout matters.
