Job summary

Jago Consultants seeks an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a leading East Sussex law firm on a permanent basis. The role covers a mixed caseload including Help to Buy, freehold/leasehold matters, new builds and shared ownership, with a focus on high-value transactions.

Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years PQE and be capable of delivering exceptional client care, handling a heavy workload and maintaining excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, conveyancers or legal executives with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
• Experience in Residential Property is essential.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload and handle high-value transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed load of residential property matters including Help to Buy, freehold/leasehold, new builds and shared ownership.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and leases.
• Provide outstanding client care and clear, timely communication.

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a talented lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join my clients practise in Battle. You will be responsible for a mixed case load of property matters which could include:

• Help to buy
• Freehold and Leasehold matters
• New builds
• Shared ownership
• Granting, disposal and acquisition of leases

The Candidate
