Job Description:

If you are a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience in high-rise residential projects and are looking for more autonomy, responsibility, and growth opportunities, then this could be the perfect opportunity for your career.

This boutique consultancy works with exceptional clients across predominantly residential projects in the PBSA, Co-Living, BTR, and PRS markets.

They have been shortlisted for industry awards and have a pragmatic approach to client work. As a project manager, you will have the opportunity to work on projects up to £100 million in value.

Located in London’s West End, this close-knit team has delivered impressive schemes across the country.

Candidates will need the following experience:

• Project Manager with residential or commercial experience from a consultancy background
• Ability to work as an Employer’s Agent
• Up-to-date knowledge of BSA changes (Gateway 2)
• Ideally Chartered PM (RICS, APM, ICE, etc.)
• Previous experience as project lead in a post-contract PM/EA role
• 3-5 years’ experience for PM, 5-7 years for SPM
• An understanding of the planning process
• Knowledge of tendering strategies

Offered is a base salary between £60,000-£75,000 plus benefits including an annual company away day and comprehensive private medical and dental plans.
