Located in London’s West End, this close-knit team has delivered impressive schemes across the country.

Candidates should have the following experience:

• Project Manager with residential or commercial experience from a consultancy background
• Ability to work as an Employer’s Agent
• Up-to-date knowledge of BSA changes (Gateway 2)
• Chartered PM (RICS, APM, ICE, etc.) preferred
• Experience as project lead in a post-contract PM/EA role
• 3-5 years’ experience for PM, 5-7 years for SPM
• Understanding of the planning process
• Knowledge of tendering strategies

The role offers a salary between £60,000-£75,000 plus benefits, including an annual company away day and comprehensive private medical and dental plans.
