PSD Group is seeking a Residential Project Manager for a 6-12 month assignment in London to lead development and construction delivery on residential-led projects.

You will oversee procurement, design coordination, risk management and contract administration, ensuring milestones, quality, cost and compliance are met across multiple schemes in London and the South East.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership and contract administration experience.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and clients across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage programme, quality, cost and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage consultant procurement, programming, construction logistics, project governance, design-team performance, stakeholder communications and third-party approvals.
• Coordinate architect, structural and MEP engineers, fire consultant, principal designer, contractor and others from design through to submission and handover.
• Oversee deliverables, risk, procurement strategy, appointments, Building Safety Act requirements, sustainability accreditation and value optimisation.
• Act as Employer’s Agent, administering notices, certificates, variations, payments, extensions of time and defects.
• Monitor contractor performance, cost control, reporting, site standards, inspections, commissioning and handover, and resolve matters under the contract.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Employer’s Agent to lead the delivery of development and construction projects from procurement through to completion and handover across a number of residential led projects in London and the South East.

Responsibilities

• To manage consultant procurement, programming, construction logistics, project governance, design-team performance, stakeholder communications and third-party approvals.
• Coordinating the architect, structural and MEP engineers, fire consultant, principal designer, contractor and other specialists at design stages through to BSR submission.
• Oversee deliverables, risk, procurement strategy, appointments, Building Safety Act requirements, sustainability accreditation and value optimisation.
• Acting as Employer’s Agent, you will administer contractual processes including notices, certificates, variations, payment matters, extensions of time and defects.
• You will monitor contractor performance, cost control, reporting, site standards, inspections, commissioning and handover, while managing claims and ensuring matters are resolved in accordance with the contract.

The successful candidate will bring strong project leadership, commercial awareness and contract administration skills, with the ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, clients and other stakeholders while maintaining programme, quality, cost and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
