Job summary

PSD Group is seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to lead delivery of development and construction projects in London and the South East. You will oversee procurement, programming, design coordination and contractor performance from procurement through to handover.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and contract administration skills, with the ability to coordinate consultants, clients and other stakeholders while maintaining programme, quality and cost

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential development projects.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and contract administration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple consultants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage consultant procurement, programming and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate design teams, approvals, and third-party sign-offs.
• Oversee risk, procurement strategy, Building Safety Act and sustainability goals.
• Administer contract processes: notices, variations, payments and extensions.
• Monitor performance, costs, quality, inspections and handover.
