Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking a time-served Plasterer to join our team covering Warwick and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality plastering works in occupied homes and void properties, using strong technical skills and a professional approach.

You’ll work independently with customers, maintain safety standards and communicate clearly with residents. A full UK driving licence and own tools are required, and Axis also supports ongoing training and progression.

Qualifications

• Proven plastering experience in social housing or domestic maintenance.
• Ability to deliver high-quality finishes with attention to detail.
• Strong communication with residents and teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering works including skimming, patch repairs, bonding and rendering.
• Prepare surfaces for plastering to ensure smooth finishes.
• Repair damaged walls and ceilings in occupied/void properties.
• Maintain high standards and a clean, professional finish.
• Use mobile tech to record progress and materials used.
• Communicate clearly with residents and coordinate with teams.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and PPE requirements.
