Job summary

Northumberland County Council is seeking a Residential Night Care Worker for Phoenix House in Bedlington. • Requires Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care.
• Good general education.
• Willing and able to undertake relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Work night shifts on a pattern of 4 nights on and 4 nights off.
• Provide safe, supportive care to looked-after children aged 10–15.
• Support care plans, personal development and safeguarding.
• Attend training sessions and 1:1 meetings as required.
