Lancashire County Council is hiring a part-time Older People Care worker in West Lancashire. This permanent post is 21 hours per week with pay pro rata to the full-time equivalent salary of £25,949 per annum.

Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.

Local Government Reorganisation

The Government has confirmed that local government across Lancashire will be reorganised, with the current 15 councils being replaced by four new unitary councils covering North, South, East and West Lancashire from April 2028.
