Job summary

emh group is seeking an Electrician to join our Internal Maintenance Service. You will perform electrical repairs and routine maintenance across residential properties in the East Midlands, in both occupied and unoccupied homes, delivering a right-first-time, customer-focused service.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 electrical installation qualification and be prepared to travel to customers' homes throughout the region, upholding high safety and quality standards in every task.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.
• Experience in day-to-day maintenance in residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance to high standards.
• Travel to customers' homes across the East Midlands as required.
