Job summary

emh group is seeking an Electrician to join our Internal Maintenance Service. You will perform electrical repairs and routine maintenance across residential properties in the East Midlands, in both occupied and unoccupied homes, delivering a right-first-time, customer-focused service.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 electrical installation qualification and be prepared to travel to customers' homes throughout the region, upholding high safety and quality standards in every task.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.
• Experience in day-to-day maintenance in residential properties.

Job description

As an Electrician within our Internal Maintenance Service, you will be carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance functions to the highest standard for our residents based across the East Midlands. Performing day-to-day maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied priorities, there is an expectation you will be multi-skilled to provide an efficient, customer focused service, focused on right first-time approach.

The ideal candidate will hold a level 3 qualification in electrical installation, or similar qualification, and have experience of day-to-day maintenance in residential properties. You will demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service for our customers. The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers' homes situated across the east midlands.
