Job summary

RTL Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Mechanical-biased M&E Project Manager for a residential development. You will oversee mechanical building services from installation through commissioning and handover on a contract basis with potential permanent position for the right candidate.

The role requires coordinating mechanical subcontractors and site teams, ensuring safety, programme and budget adherence, and close collaboration with electrical packages and other trades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager with strong mechanical bias.
• SMSTS certification is required.
• Experience delivering mechanical packages on residential or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and installation processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors, programmes and site coordination; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all mechanical building services installations across the residential project.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, site teams and specialist contractors.
• Oversee installation of HVAC, ventilation, domestic water, drainage and associated systems.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Coordinate mechanical services with electrical packages and other trades.
• Monitor installation quality and compliance with drawings and regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates; resolve technical issues.
• Manage testing, commissioning, snagging and handover of mechanical services.
