We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Home Manager to oversee our care home in Market Rasen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home management and extensive experience working with elderly residents, including those with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
2. Maintain and improve the home’s Good CQC rating.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
4. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
5. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
6. Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
7. Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:
