We’re working in partnership with a highly respected elderly care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for one of their residential services in the Spalding area. As Home Manager, you’ll be leading a dedicated, multi-skilled team, inspiring high standards, and delivering quality care that puts dignity, independence and compassion first. You'll be responsible for driving compliance, leading quality improvement, and ensuring the home continues to run safely, smoothly and successfully.

The home is based in Spalding, easily commutable from Peterborough, Stamford, Wisbech, Crowland, Bourne, Donington, Holbeach, Market Deeping and surrounding areas.
