Jasmine Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant – Nights at Oxendon House Care Home in Market Harborough, LE16. On-site, permanent, full-time role with nights 7pm–7am and two shifts per week including alternate weekends. Hourly rate £13.89, £12.89 for 18-21 year olds, plus a £500 sign-on bonus after three months.

Responsabilités

• You’ll join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
• You’ll be responsible for promoting our resident's independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
• You’ll complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
• Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year.

About Oxendon House Care Home:

Oxendon House is located in quaint village of Great Oxendon (3 miles to the south of Market Harborough).The home is set around an attractive country house,whichhas been selectively extended in keeping with its character.This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation.The home provides personal and dementia care for 43 residents.
