Russell Taylor Group in the North West region is seeking an experienced Project Director to join the senior management team. You will oversee residential high-rise delivery and lead projects from pre-construction through handover, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong technical and design experience on large-scale schemes, guidance to management teams, and travel across live sites.

Qualifications

• Residential high-rise delivery experience.
• Experience with projects valued over £50 million.
• Involvement in bid and pre-construction work.
• Strong leadership of project teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Lead bid and pre-construction activities.
• Provide advice to management during project delivery.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme and budgets.
• Oversee 3–4 project managers and a combined £80m turnover.
