Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Senior Design Manager for a permanent role in the North West Manchester area. You will run design phases from pre-construction through to onsite delivery on projects spanning education, MOD, commercial and residential.

Ideally you will have 5+ years contracting experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office and Project, and have a proven track record of leading design teams and liaising with clients. Hybrid working is available after settling in.

Qualifications

• 5+ years contracting experience
• Experience delivering for a main contractor
• Experience running design phases from pre-construction to onsite delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead design phases from pre-construction through to onsite delivery.
• Chair design meetings and coordinate with the client and site teams.
• Manage the design team and ensure timely, compliant design outputs.
