Job summary

Benridge Care Homes is seeking a Domestic/House Keeper for Asmall Hall to join our caring team. You will work with colleagues to keep residents' rooms and all house areas sparkling clean and well maintained.

You will follow cleaning schedules and colour-coded equipment, protect residents' confidentiality, comply with legal requirements and infection-control rules to prevent cross-contamination, and support documentation of changes in the care environment.

Qualifications

• Adhering to all cleaning schedules and the colour-coded equipment system
• Respectful of resident's personal information - always maintaining confidentiality
• Complying with all relevant statutory and legal requirements
• Taking an active role in identifying the changing needs of our clients and realising the importance of maintaining accurate documentation
• Knowledgeable in respect of all Infection Control regulations and procedures, adhering to these at ALL times, to prevent cross contamination

Responsibilities

• You will be working as part of a team to ensure the residents rooms and all areas of the house are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain colour-coded cleaning equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and comply with statutory and legal requirements.
