ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a residential development in Chippenham. You will manage two clients on the same development and coordinate groundworks operations to deliver on programme.

You will provide leadership and be the main point of contact for site foremen, subcontractors and client teams, ensuring safety, quality and progress are maintained across both projects.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction, ideally residential groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks and residential developments.
• Experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate site teams and support site-based management.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
