Job summary

One Way is seeking a 3-man groundworks gang to join a residential site in Camberley, with long-term work available for the right team. You will perform general groundworks duties, drainage and service installation, foundations and concrete works, and assist with plant and machinery where qualified.

Ideal candidates have experience on residential sites, are reliable, and maintain a strong commitment to health and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Experience on residential sites preferred.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Able to carry out general groundworks duties as required.

Responsibilities

• General groundworks and site duties.
• Drainage and service installation.
• Foundations and concrete works.
• Excavation and preparation works.
• Kerbing, slabs and external works.
• Assisting with plant and machinery where qualified.
• Keeping the site clean, safe and organised.
• Al other associated tasks
