Job summary

Creative Personnel requires an experienced Network & Communications Installation Engineer to work with Project Manager and Engineering teams on high-end residential projects in London. You will consult on design, configure network hardware, and commission telecoms systems, delivering projects to the highest quality with strong client-facing skills.

The role is office-based in London with site visits to clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• CCNA certified with hands-on experience in network architecture and wireless deployment.
• Experience configuring SIP and IP telephone systems.
• Strong knowledge of WAN traffic management and device configuration (Kerio, Peplink, Sophos, Cisco).
• Ability to perform WLAN heatmaps, coverage analysis and fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Consult on design and configure network hardware for high-end residential projects.
• Commission and hand over network and telecom systems to clients.
• Support project delivery and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Represent the company in meetings with client representatives.
