Oculus Legal Group in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a Senior Legal Director/Partner level Residential Development lawyer to join our national practice and lead strategic matters.

You will advise major national housebuilders on complex transactions, drive land acquisitions and development projects, and mentor clients and teams as we grow the residential development platform with strong partnership backing.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in residential development law
• Track record of progression toward partnership
• Experience with strategic land acquisitions, development projects and complex disposals
• Advising on SDLT and VAT
• Ability to manage national housebuilder clients
