TSR Legal are partnering with a Top 100 regional law firm renowned for its excellence in real estate work and its strong Bristol profile. A Senior Associate or Legal Director is sought to join the Bristol property team and advise major residential developers, funders, and house-builders on development, acquisitions, disposals and strategic land work.

The role is client-facing and requires a proactive approach to generating work and nurturing relationships, supported by a robust personal client

Our clientis currently seeking an experienced Residential Development Solicitor at either Senior Associate or Legal Director to join the expanding Bristol property team. As a pivotal member of the team, you will leverage your expertise to advise major residential developers, funders, and house-builders on various aspects of development, acquisition, disposal, and strategic land work. This role is client-facing and requires a proactive approach to generating work and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a robust personal client network and a track record of securing and successfully delivering on development projects for key clients.
