Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Residential Development Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading property team in Greater Manchester. The role focuses on residential development and plot sales for housebuilders, SMEs, and investors.

You will manage site assembly, development schemes, plot sales and refinancing, supported by paralegals, with opportunities to build client relationships and contribute to the team’s growth.

Qualifications

• Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3-5 years PQE in residential development.
• Experience in site assembly, plot sales or new build sales.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
• Supervisory or management experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle site assembly and residential development schemes for housebuilders and SME developers.
• Manage plot sales, refinancing and related property matters.
• Work with paralegals to progress transactions and meet deadlines.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to team growth.
