eNL seeks a Residential Development Lawyer to join its property team in Greater Manchester. The role focuses on residential development and plot sales for developers and investors, requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied caseload autonomously.

The successful candidate will work within a leading full‑service commercial firm, handling site assembly, mortgages, refinancing, and related property matters with a view to contributing to the team’s growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' PQE in residential development
• Experience handling plot sales and refinancing for developers
• Solid technical knowledge and ability to progress complex transactions autonomously

Responsibilities

• Handle residential development matters for housebuilders, SME developers and investors
• Manage site assembly, development schemes and plot sales
• Draft estate documentation and coordinate with paralegals to progress transactions
• Build client relationships and contribute to team growth
