Qualifications

• Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3-5 years' PQE and experience in residential development, plot sales or related matters.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases and refinancing.
• Experience drafting estate documentation and supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential development matters for housebuilders, SME developers, investors and traders.
• Oversee site assembly, plot sales and refinancing in collaboration with paralegals.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to growing the residential development practice.
