Location: Lincroft Meadow Care Home
Lincroft Meadow care home provides expert 24-hour residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 70 elderly residents. The home features private ensuite bedrooms, communal areas, restaurants, a café, cinema, hair salon, and private dining rooms.

As a Residential Dementia Care Manager, you will care for residents as if they were members of your own family, recognizing their individual needs and preferences. You will deliver person-centred care to ensure dignity and individuality, while leading and inspiring a team of dedicated carers and senior carers.
You will ensure the highest standards of care are delivered in line with evidence-based practice, Porthaven's policies, CQC standards, regulations, and legislation. Additionally, you will conduct care audits, analyze care information trends, and supervise care staff.
You are cheerful, caring, and compassionate, with good communication skills and a flexible approach to shifts. You are passionate about care and making a positive difference to the lives of older people.
You have completed your NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent, with experience in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Previous experience in a care home, possibly as a senior carer, is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will need satisfactory references, a DBS check, and must be authorized to work in the UK.
