You will manage operatives and subcontractors, diagnose defects, oversee remedial works and ensure issues are resolved to high standards, supporting a smooth handover to homeowners.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical understanding of residential construction and defects
• Proven experience in housebuilding or construction environments
• Ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication with clients and subcontractors

Aufgaben

• Line manage customer care operatives and coordinate workloads.
• Inspect plots nearing completion and identify defects before handover.
• Diagnose defects and determine remedial works required.
• Instruct and manage subcontractors, monitor quality and timelines.
• Oversee and document remedial works, ensuring timely closure of issues.
• Attend end-of-defects meetings with clients and report updates.
• Coordinate NHBC resolutions and inspections through to completion.
• Liaise with site teams, clients and internal departments for effective aftercare.
