Job summary

Vistry Group PLC, based in Enderby, Leicestershire, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer queries and coordinate subcontractors to resolve snagging and defects within SLAs. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration with flexibility for working arrangements and a strong customer journey.

You will liaise with customers, partners and technicians, maintaining clear records and supporting a positive experience across our housing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment and a fast-paced setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Address customer issues via email or phone and resolve promptly within SLAs.
• Issue instructions to sub-contractors and track progress to resolution.
• Follow up remedial works to ensure completion within 28 days where possible.
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and understanding.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to maintain smooth operation.
