Connect Legal Partners is seeking a solicitor/ conveyancer to run residential conveyancing files to completion in Salisbury. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and new builds while managing referrer relationships to support team targets.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with 3+ years PQE.
• Strong technical conveyancing experience.
• Experience handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and new builds.

Responsibilities

• Run residential conveyancing files through to completion (sales, purchases, remortgages, and new builds).
• Manage referrer relationships to help the team hit targets.
