Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing, well-established Residential Property team in North Finchley. You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction through to completion, handling freehold and leasehold transactions, while liaising with clients,

• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Deal with lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensure files are managed efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain excellent client communication throughout transactions.
