Job summary

Realm Recruit is seeking a skilled Conveyancing professional to join our Residential Property team in Knutsford. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion while delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships.

You will work with a dedicated legal assistant to progress matters efficiently, advise clients on a broad range of transactions, and uphold high file-management and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible as Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner.
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider team.
• Long-term career focus within a growing firm.
