The role covers freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, remortgages and guiding matters from instruction to completion while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Solicitor with strong residential property experience
• Solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE
• Licensed Conveyancer
• Chartered Legal Executive
• Experienced Residential Conveyancer

Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Lease extensions
• Remortgages and associated matters
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Liaising with agents, lenders and other professionals
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to the continued success of the wider property team
