TSR Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Chippenham property team. You will manage residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.

Qualifications

• 1–4 PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing.
• Applications welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and qualified Legal Executives with relevant conveyancing experience.
• Experience handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.

Responsabilités

• Manage residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build transactions.
• Advise clients directly and progress files to completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with estate agents, lenders and other parties.
