Role : Residential Property Conveyancer
Location : Telford
Experience : 3 PQE +
Hours : Full time office based
Salary : Competitive (DOE)
We are working with a well-established and respected law firm in Telford that is currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their team.
About the Role :
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent) to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* New build transactions
* Transfers of equity
* (Ideally) Landlord & Tenant matters and leasehold extensions
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships. There is also the opportunity to be actively involved in business development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements :
* Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Confident managing deadlines and a full caseload independently
* Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Solicitors Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations
