Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Great opportunity for a residential conveyancing solicitor with this strong South Wales firm. This residential conveyancing team are well known locally and have a busy and successful residential conveyancing practice.

You will enjoy working as part of a friendly residential conveyancing team and will be handling a caseload of sales and purchases for leasehold and freehold properties, landlord and tenant issues and re-mortgaging. This residential conveyancing team have the benefit of the assistance of a great case management system.

You will be a residential conveyancing lawyer (solicitor, CILEX or CLC) who has atleast 2 years' experience of managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
