Job summary

Temporis Legal Recruitment Ltd is working with a Bedford-based firm seeking a qualified solicitor to join their residential conveyancing team. The firm has served clients for over 50 years and maintains an excellent reputation.

You will be office-based and manage a busy caseload covering sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, remortgaging, transfers of equity, and related matters, including Land Registry filings and co-ownership guidance.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience handling residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales of leasehold and freehold properties.
• Handle purchases of leasehold and freehold properties.
• Assist with remortgaging and transfers of equity.
• Prepare deeds of gift and declarations of trust.
• Advise on co-ownership and registration of land with Land Registry.
• Support shared ownership transactions.
