Job summary

Temporis Legal Recruitment are partnering with a Bedford-based law firm to recruit a solicitor for their residential conveyancing team. You will manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, remortgaging, transfers of equity, deeds of gift, and trusts, while ensuring high-quality client service.

The role is office-based and suited to a solicitor with experience in the above matters, looking to contribute to a well-established practice with a strong local reputation.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Experience managing sales, purchases and remortgaging caseloads.
• Ability to advise on Co-ownership, trusts and registrations with Land Registry.

The successful candidate should be comfortable handling a caseload of:

• Sales of leasehold and freehold properties
• Purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
• Re-mortageing
• Transfer of Equity
• Deeds of Gift
• Declaration of Trust
• Advice on Co-ownership
• Registration of land and property with Land Registry
• Shared Ownership

This firm are looking for a qualified solicitor with experience handling the above matters. This role is entirely office based.
