RESIDENTIAL SOLICITOR/CONVEYANCER/LEGAL EXECUTIVE: An established law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Derbyshire team. This role would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years\' PQE (or equivalent experience) who can manage a caseload independently. Key responsibilities include managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions. Providing excellent client service and building strong relationships, supporting junior team members and contributing to departmental growth.
