The Role

This highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor 3+ PQE to join their Basingstoke, Hampshire office.

You will work as part of a highly experienced team, many of the Lawyers within the department have come from top regional heavyweight and Central London practices.

You will find that there is a broad and very high-quality caseload; the work will include:

• Sale and purchase of property
• Mortgages
• Shared ownership
• Transfer of equity
• Matrimonial transfers
• Release of equity, and part/full exchange

You will be encouraged to work closely with other departments within the firm, giving you exposure to a wider variety of work.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You will have previous Residential Conveyancing experience
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Excellent business development skills
