Job summary

VanRath is assisting a Belfast-based law firm in recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Conveyancing & Probate team. The role focuses on managing own caseload from instruction to completion, with direct client contact.

Candidates will be NI-qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE, strong conveyancing experience, and excellent client care and organisational skills. Probate, wills or private client exposure is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Solid residential conveyancing experience.
• Ability to manage own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence to work independently while contributing to a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
• Managing own files with a high degree of autonomy.
• Dealing with transfers and associated property matters.
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing high-level client care.
• Advising on wills, probate and estate matters.
