Job summary

Brian Kelly Solicitors in Belfast is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a busy and well-established practice. The role is preferably full-time, but part-time will be considered. Candidates should have 3+ years PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing, along with probate and wills.

You will manage conveyancing cases end-to-end, handle sales and re-mortgages, draft wills, and administer estates while ensuring NI Law Society regulations are followed. A supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven 3+ years PQE in Conveyancing.
• Experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, wills and probate.
• Ability to manage your caseload independently.
• Strong client care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases and re-mortgages.
• Drafting wills.
• Administering estates and probate matters.
• Ensuring compliance with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors.
