Job summary

VanRath is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor in Belfast to join the busy Property team. The role offers genuine autonomy, a strong pipeline of work, and hybrid working arrangements. You will handle a varied residential caseload from instruction to completion with an established support framework.

The position provides a competitive salary (up to £65,000) plus a performance bonus and extensive career progression opportunities within a well-established Belfast firm.

Qualifications

• Solid residential conveyancing experience.
• Ability to manage own caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Advise clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Draft and review contracts and title documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and others.
• Progress files and meet deadlines.
• Ensure work meets legal/regulatory standards.
• Build long-lasting client relationships.
