Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing and ability to progress files to exchange of contracts.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.

Responsibilities

• Support residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Progress files toward exchange of contracts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents, and review information to progress transactions.
